RAI Hocart Prize 2007
Paul Anderson has won the Royal Anthropological Institute's 2007 Hocart Prize for his essay Is Altruism Possible?
Paul graduated from the MSc in Social Anthropology in 2007. He is now studying for a PhD in Social Anthropology with ESRC funding held at the Centre for Advanced Study of the Arab World (www.casaw.org). His PhD title is Trade, Trust and the Moral Person in a Syrian Market.
