Responsibilities were researching and reporting membership needs; submitting successful grant applications resulting in revenue of $20,000 from Ontario Media Development Corporation, $54,000 from Canada Council for the Arts, and $5000 from the Government of Canada; moderating discussions about the audiovisual media sector. Projects managed include 2018 annual general meeting, a new website for the organization. Duties include supervising assistants and coordinators, scheduling check-in meetings, and reporting to the executive director.
Project Facilitator / Writer / Translator
Main responsibilities included researching, writing, editing, and translating articles and documents about contraceptives, racialized experiences of sexual health, HIV/AIDS medication, etc.; attending meetings and events to initiate discussions about issues affecting queer Asian women.
Research Consultant (Contract)
Accountabilities included developing an anti-homophobic, anti-heterosexist, and anti-colonial English as Second Language curriculum; incorporating queer and indigenous histories; curating resources for LGBTQ+ youths to access online.

Contracted to re-imagine, re-design, and re-develop the Teaching and Learning Services @ McGill website. Main responsibilities included researching and curating a list of internal and external resources related to teaching and learning, and developing and executing outreach strategies to encourage students to visit and use the website.

Research Assistant (Contract)
Duties included researching the identification and classification of financial support information in scientific papers for the Transparent Science Project by the Biomedical Ethics Unit and identifying conflict of interest in scientific papers using the coding software developed for the project.
